Candidate Attorney
Ludi Mpati matriculated in 2003 from Graeme College in Grahamstown/Makhanda. He obtained his LLB in 2020 from Rhodes University and immediately commenced his articles of clerkship at Lexicon Attorneys.
Ludi continued his practice in law as a Candidate Attorney at Lexicon Attorneys. Ludi will be admitted as an Attorney in December 2022 where after he will continue his practice in law as a Professional Assistant at Lexicon Attorneys.
Ludi forms part of the Litigation Department at Lexicon Attorneys, which Department is on the legal panels of LegalWise, Scorpions Legal Protection and Santam Legal and has attended to a wide spectrum of work on their behalf including, but not limited to, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Labour Law and Contract Law.
Ludi further renders legal services in Debt Collections, Debt Review, Evictions and Correspondent instructions and has a great interest in the field of Labour Law.
He has experience in Magistrate’s Court as well as matrimonial matters, administration and debt collection.
